Some of us don’t understand this fully or we are afraid to pick the colour we need to neutralise or enhance our desired look.
It starts with the natural pigments in the hair, then the artificial pigment we can see either on the hair or when we lift the hair.
In this video we take a home colour blonde and apply the right toner.
